QG Series Steel pipe / Tube Shot dedicated processor inside and outside the wall for the steel and steel products to deal with the outer surface of the shot blasting to remove the oxide layer and debris such as welding slag, showing a metallic luster, to increase their surface area in order to facilitate the work painting and painting. Characteristics: Blast wheel arranged in a suitable location (such as room or the side of body below), the work piece edge to edge into the rotation, will enable the different effect of diameter of the pipe line shot blasting.

Steel Tube Shot Blasting Machine is widely used for metal gridding, steel tube, petroleum, chemical, electric power industry. It is a kind of dry cleaning machinery. In the process of forming, processing, transporting and storing of the work piece, there will always be oxide coating, rust, slag, dust, oil and others on the surface. The Steel Pipe Shot Blasting Machine uses high-speed blast to strike and cut the surface of the work piece in dry and non-fluid media, and realize the cleaning purpose.

2.The Max. Length/Width/Height of the workpiece and the MAX./MIN.weight of your workpiece ?
3.The productity you need to blasting the workpiece ( how many T or piece per day or per month?)

5. Better to send us the workpiece photo or drawing.
TRADE TERMS:
1. Production time: 35 days
2. Installation and commissioning time: 40 days
3. Installation and commissioning issue: we will send 1-2 technicians to help with machine installation and commissioning for our shot blasting machine, the customer pays for their tickets,hotel and diet, and salary is USD 60 per day per person.
4. Warranty time of shot blasting machine: 12 months from date of commissioning completion, but no more than 18 months from date of delivery.
5. Payment terms: 30% as down payment, 70% balance at sight of B/L copy before delivery6. We supplies full English documents, including general installation drawing, pit design drawing, manual book, electric wiring diagram, electric manual book, maintenance book and etc.
