The sweeping machine adopts specially made high-strengh nylon rolling brush and high-pressure ventilator.

The paint spraying part adopts high-pressure airless spraying method. 

Complete set of equipment is controlled by PLC, and is the large-size complete equipment of international advanced level.

It's mainly used for surface treatment (namely preheating, rust removal, paint spraying and drying) of steel plates and various structural sections, as well as for cleaning and strengthening of metal structure parts.

Dust-removing system 
This system consists of collector,fan and connecting pipes(from the clean-up room,separator to the collector) and so on. Connecting pipe equipped with butterfly valves for regulating the air volume, so that the work of the various parts of equipment to achieve the best state, so that no dust in the course of their work spillover.
