Product Description:
Steel Plate Pretreatment Line is used for removing rust, painting(pretreatment) of steel plate, profiled steel. It is ideal equipment for shipping, automobile, locomotive, machine, bridge, oil artesian well platform, port and dock facilities, container, boiler industry. The production line is controlled by PLC machine. It adopts shift storage and photo electricity check, automatic measurement of the thickness and width of the plate, automatic adjustment the width of shot blasting belt and the height of cleaning device. The whole line rolling bearing four frequency control. It could be subsection or the whole line fine tuning. It can assure that shot blasting, painting drying quality of pretreatment steel material.  According to customers requirements, we could shot blasting for stand-alone. It also could continue work through online to realize warm-up, shot blasting, spray-paint, drying.

Working procedure:
start the blasting wheel and dust collector
start the fan of fume treatment
start circulation fan in drying room
start electric heater in drying room
start separator
elevator
start horizontal screw
start vertical screw
Open shot collector
Open rotary brush
Open high pressure blow-sweep
Open blasting wheel
Open roller system
Load workpiece
workpieces go ahead and stop at the fixed position, then start shot gate
project steel shot, cleaning is beginning
after the workpieces finish cleaning, do painting and drying
unload workpieces on discharging roller
repeat steps of 14,15,16,17,18 steps
please turn to step 19 if you want to stop working
stop blow-sweep motor, shot sweeping rotary brush, shot collection screw → stop shot gare 1~8 → stope blasting wheel 1~8 → stop vertical screw→stop horizontal screw  → elevator → separator → stop dust collector fan → drying room electric heater→ drying room inner and outside circulation fan → fume treatment fan  → roller conveyor → plate link conveyor , whole machine stops working.
