The special structure can make the utilization of abrasive maximize to 98%, common blast wheel is only 80%, in the China mainland, this technology is the most advanced one.
4. The separation device is BE full curtain type pill slag separator which is international most advanced one, it can significantly improve the separation effect.
It adopts connecting rod mechanical Fifth Class seal, it completely eliminates steel shot outside and the advantage is good sealing effect and long service life.
5. Dust removal system is two stage dust removal which is using settling chamber and needle punched felt duster, dust emission concentration is less than 90 mg/m3.
