2. Working process: 

    The employee puts workpieces on longitudinal roller conveyer. When workpieces pass through enter hole of chamber , the auto feeding of shots into shotblaster should start.
The chamber should have sensor to identify a workpiece in the chamber .Dirty shots go into collecting screw conveyer through chamber hopper, after that it goes to bucket elevator which picks it up to cleaning device. After that clean shots go into hopper ,from which it again come back to the showblasting devices. After a workpiece passed showblasting chamber, the machine should stop if there is no new workpiece in the entry hole of chamber.
 
Min.thickness of sheet which can be cleaned without deformation is 6mm.
 
To clean sheet with thickness 3-5mm and small details there should be used process bottom plate (optional) and turbine speed converter + special shots batcher (optinal).
