Product description:
The machine is specially used for fine buffing engine cylinder block and cylinder head parts.
When actual use, we suggest to use the hook type or catenary type shot blasting machine rough buffing. After rough buffing, workpiece into the squirrel-cage shot blasting machine for fine buffing.
When the machine working,from the cylinder to promote a dedicated squirrel, with the rotation of the turntable and the workpiece to the blasting area, by the four shot blasting of located in the upper chamber is blasting the workpiece. When blasting, squirrel cage drives the workpiece rotation, thus the workpiece lumen is cleaning, and pour into the workpiece lumen shots at the same time.
This equipment has the characteristics of automatic, efficient, general, general cleaning efficiency can be up to 30~120/hour.
