1.Product description:
During the cleaning process, the steel pipe pass-through shot blasting machine is controlled by electrical appliances. The speed-adjustable conveying V-shaped roller table sends steel pipes, round bars, axles, round shafts and other products into the projectile area of the cleaning machine room. The strong and dense projectile in the coordinate direction hits and rubs, so that the oxide scale, rust layer and dirt on it quickly fall off, and the steel surface obtains a smooth surface with a certain roughness.The projectiles and rust dust falling on the steel are blown by the purging device, and the scattered dust mixture is transported to the chamber body hopper by the recovery screw, and the vertical and horizontal screw conveyors are collected in the lower part of the elevator, and then lifted to the upper part of the machine for separation. In the separator, the separated pure projectiles fall into the separator hopper for shot blasting recycling. Dust generated during shot blasting is sent to the dust removal system by the exhaust pipe. The purified air is discharged into the atmosphere, and the granular dust is captured and collected. Scope of application Descale, clean and pre-treat all kinds of round shafts, round bars, steel pipes, etc. in a continuous pass.
