Product Description
Drum Type Sand Blasting Machine is designed for Sand Blast Cleaning of small or medium size iron, steel, alloy and non-ferrous castings, forgings, heat treated parts.


The main parts of  Drum Type Sand Blasting Machine as follows:
1. Drum and the conveying system
The enclosure of the drum is made of casting iron, inside which the protecting plates are fastened with the bolts.
The end-cover is set on one side of the drum, so it is convenient to load or unload workpiece and it's easy to replace the protecting plates and maintenance.
Sand recycling and separating device
The sand-recycling device consists of the screw belt between the protecting plates of the drum and the enclosure, elevator and the separating sieve.
2. Dust collector
The machine adopts dry whirl type dust-collecting device. The separating efficiency is high. For the common green sand, the dust-collecting efficiency is up to 99% and 7μdust can be separated, so the cleaning condition is fine.
3. Blast wheel
The part is the main composition, which consists of impeller round plate, blades distributor, control cage, main shaft etc.
