                        CE Auto Leaf Spring Shot Blasting Machine

ZJ076-I leaf spring shot blasting machine is new special shot blasting for leaf spring according to user requirements and we design and produce it by ourselves.
 
By shot blasting, can remove corrosion from workpiece surface, eliminate the residual stress, prepare for surface non-destructive testing and coated with anticorrosive paint; at the same time strengthening surface can improve the leaf spring fatigue strength, increase the adhesion when painting, and ultimately to improve the surface and inner quality.



This machine has the following characteristics:

The arrangement of shot blasting chamber and blast wheel must be have computer 3D dynamic simulation.
 
Blast wheel is equipped with curve vane which adopts the technology from PANGBORN company, it can significantly improve the cleaning efficiency, obtain satisfactory strengthening cleaning effect.
 
Separator will use the international most advanced BE type full curtain type pill slag separator, it can significantly improve the separation effect.
 
Machine with novel design, convenient use and repair
