Product Description

                                         Steel Plate Shot Blasting Machine Parameters


Continued shot blasting of the corroded layer and filings from sheet metal, sections, simple constructions and small shafts with different types of abrasive, easier and faster cutting and welding of steel semi-finished products with clean surface, multiple increase in durability of surface-protective applications, e.g. colour, enamel, improving structure of the surface of treated objects.
 
 
 Treated objects move through the machine on a roller conveyor. Turbines made from wear-resistant materials with power from 5.5 to 30 kW provide efficient shot blasting. The shot blasting part of the machine's robust housing is protected by wear resistant shields made from manganese steel. Entry seals chamber with series of rubber screens and the exit cleaning chamber keep the abrasive inside the machine. Rotating brush and high-pressure fan remove the abrasive from the treated object before it exits the machine. Screw conveyors, an elevator and sand cleaner provide returning and continuing cleaning of the abrasive. Standard equipment includes: PLC Klockner Moeller or Siemens, display, automatic or manual mode, automatic start-up of turbine, working hours counter, variable frequency drive of the cylinder drive, etc.


In addition to the above mentioned machines we also offer already developed machines for shot blasting rod materials, tubes, steel bottles (conical cylinders), vats and special machines by order).Machines may be built into highly productive lines for basic colour application, including drying chamber, automatic colouring chamber and drying tunnel.

It is developed for the derusting and painting treatment of steel plate, steel profiles and structural parts used for ships, automobiles, locomotives, bridges, engineering machines and so on, It could be tailored according to customers' needs, and its work flow is mainly constituted by preheating, shot blasting, painting and drying.

Advantage:

Our steel profile shot blasting machine achieves accurate, effective paint spraying. A workpiece width measuring device is installed at the inlet of the spray booth. The PLC controls paint spraying operations of the spray gun according to the measured data. In this way, the paint squeezed out of the nozzle can be effectively sprayed onto the workpiece surface, which helps improve paint utilization.

1,blast chamber, Pre-blast room and Post-blast room
It is made from steel plate and profile steel via welding, and they take high chrome steel plate or Mn13 liners inside to protect from blasting. 


2,Blasting wheel assembly
Composed of several sets blasting wheels to provide abrasive blasting to thoroughly clean the surface of workpiece

3,Abrasive reclamation system
It is primarily made up of screw conveyor, bucket elevator,shot-sand separator,pneumatic valve, abrasive delivery chute and so on.
 
4,Roller conveyor system
It is divided into feeding roller, pre-blast room roller, blast chamber roller, intermediate roller, post-blast room and discharging roller.

5,steel plate cleaning room
It adopts advantage cleaning unit to remove remaining abrasives from steel after shot blasting,, it also has brushing and air blowing.
Liners are rolling Mn13 steel or high chrome casting, long life.
 
6,Automatic painting and paint mist handling system
It consists of spray booth, spray trolley, detection device, drive mechanism, painting pump, paint mist filtration unit, harmful gas absorption unit and other parts. It can be automatical or manual. Meantime, painting pump, spray gun, spray nozzle and phototubes are all imported from abroad to ensure reliable working

7,Dust removal system
It takes threestage dedusting process to remove rust, normal dust collector, cartridge filter dust collector and others.

Smalll parts will use brown paper, and then place into tight plywood case.
